Report card and result software for Nigerian schools

Stop finishing report cards at midnight. Teachers enter marks once, grades and class positions are worked out from your own scheme, and parents open the report card on their phones the moment you publish.

What you get

One grid per subject

Teachers enter marks in a simple grid on any phone or computer. Each mark saves as it is typed, even on a weak connection.

Totals, grades and positions done for you

They are worked out from your own tests, marks and grades, so nobody adds up a column by hand.

Review, approval, publish

The form teacher reviews, the principal approves with written reasons where needed, and a whole class is published in one go. Nothing reaches a parent before you publish.

A report card that looks like yours

Your crest and your layout, with optional attendance, affective domain and psychomotor ratings, and transcripts from JSS1 to SS3.

How it works

  1. Set your schemeYour tests, what each is marked out of, your grades and remarks.
  2. Teachers enter marksBy subject and class, from any phone or computer.
  3. Approve and publishParents and students see the report card on their phones.

Questions schools ask

Can we use our own grading scale?

Yes. You write your own grades and remarks, starting from a common layout or building your own.

Who can see a pupil's results, and when?

Only that pupil and their linked parents, and only after the school publishes. The school can hold any single result back.

What if a teacher makes a mistake after publishing?

Corrections go through a reopen request with a reason, and every change is recorded in an activity log.
